In the case of storage of data in log files, this is the case after 14 days at the latest. Storage beyond this period is possible. In this case, the IP addresses of the users are anonymized, so that an assignment of the calling client is no longer possible.

In addition, individual services and services may not be available or may be restricted. For this reason, an objection is excluded.

Use of OpenStreetMap

On this website we embed map material from the OpenStreetMap service. The provider is the OpenStreetMap Foundation (OSMF), St John’s Innovation Centre, Cowley Road, Cambridge, CB4 0WS, United Kingdom.

Nature and purpose of processing:
The map is not loaded automatically. It is only embedded once you actively click the „Show map“ button (a so-called two-click solution). Only then is a connection to the OpenStreetMap servers established and your IP address as well as, if applicable, further technical data (e.g. browser type and screen resolution) transmitted to OpenStreetMap so that the map tiles can be delivered to your browser. Without your click, no data is transmitted to OpenStreetMap.

Legal basis:
If you have given your consent by clicking the „Show map“ button, the legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 (1) (a) DSGVO. The purpose of the processing is the appealing presentation of our location and the easy findability of the places we indicate.

Recipients:
The recipient of the data is the OpenStreetMap Foundation. A transfer to countries outside the European Union or the European Economic Area cannot be excluded.

Withdrawal of consent:
If you do not want any data to be transmitted to OpenStreetMap, do not click the „Show map“ button. The use of the rest of the website is not affected; you can also find our address on the contact page and in the imprint. Further information on data protection at OpenStreetMap can be found at: https://wiki.osmfoundation.org/wiki/Privacy_Policy.

Cookies

Our website does not use any tracking or marketing cookies. Only when you submit the contact form is a technically necessary session cookie set, which serves the secure processing of your input and is automatically deleted at the end of your browser session. The legal basis for this technically required cookie is Section 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG; consent is not required for this.

SSL encryption

To protect the security of your data during transmission, we use state-of-the-art encryption methods (e.g. SSL) via HTTPS.
